My name is Caisey

I’m a proud mom of two and a passionate soccer player who loves staying active and connected with my community. My love for gymnastics began in childhood, spending countless hours watching the sport with my grandmother—memories that have left a lasting impact on me. Over the years, I’ve also developed an appreciation for figure skating, which has only deepened my enthusiasm for athletic pursuits. Through my diverse interests and commitment to an active lifestyle, I aim to inspire those around me, including my children, to embrace the joy and benefits of sports.

My name is Illana

I’ve been part of the Astro Gymnastics family for over three years, teaching recreational classes like Mommy and Me and developing and coaching our Home-team program. My journey in gymnastics began at age 4 when my love for jumping and bouncing led me to the gym. By age 6, I joined a competitive USAG team, where I competed until my early teens. After navigating through an injury, I transitioned to a non-competitive team, allowing me to complete my gymnastics career.

In high school, I discovered my passion for coaching, starting with recreational classes at my home gym and eventually becoming the head coach for a USAG boys’ competitive team. Over the next five years, I coached both boys’ and girls’ competitive teams before joining Astro Gymnastics. Gymnastics has been a lifelong love of mine, and I’m excited to share that passion with your child!

My name is Cece

I have been involved in gymnastics for over 15 years, including five years dedicated to coaching young gymnasts. As a former USAG Level 10 and TOPS gymnast, I understand the dedication, discipline, and perseverance required to excel in this sport. I also recognize the critical role of a positive coach in supporting athletes throughout their journey in the gym.

My coaching philosophy emphasizes creating a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where gymnasts feel valued and empowered every step of the way. My goal is to help build their confidence not only as athletes but also as individuals, fostering growth and self-belief through their gymnastics experience.

Coaching has allowed me to give back to the sport I love and has inspired a deeper passion for working with children. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in education to expand my ability to support children both inside and outside the gym. Additionally, I am in the process of becoming a judge for the Women's Development Program (WDP) to stay actively involved in gymnastics.

I am excited to bring my experience and knowledge to help your child grow and thrive in their gymnastics journey!

My own gymnastics journey spans over six years, including four as a student here at Astro. I’m proud to be half Pakistani and half Belarusian, bringing a unique perspective to everything I do. Coaching gymnastics has been an incredible experience—I love helping students learn new skills and watching their progress over time. It’s so rewarding to see their hard work pay off and their confidence grow!

My name is Sasha

Gymnastics has been a cornerstone of my life and career. I began my gymnastics journey in Estonia and later moved to Russia, where years of dedication led me to become a national team member. During this time, I also began judging and coaching at the national level, gaining invaluable experience in all aspects of the sport.

After retiring from competitive gymnastics, I performed with Cirque du Soleil for over four years, showcasing my skills on a global stage. Once I moved to the USA, I advanced my career by assisting in coaching future Olympic medalists, eventually becoming a Head Coach. I’ve had the privilege of developing a good number of State Champions and TOPs qualifiers and candidates for the Elite Team, blending my passion for the sport with a commitment to excellence.

My goal as a coach is to nurture well-rounded athletes by fostering team spirit, hard work, and intelligence. Whether working with competitive gymnasts or recreational students, I’m dedicated to helping each athlete reach their full potential in an environment of support and encouragement.

My name is Oleg

I bring a lifetime of gymnastics experience and passion to my coaching. Originally from Kazakhstan, I began my gymnastics journey at a young age and quickly rose to become both a National and Central Asian Champion. My competitive career allowed me to represent my country at the highest levels, sharpening my skills and laying the foundation for my coaching career.

After retiring from competitive gymnastics, I transitioned to performing with Cirque du Soleil, where I showcased my gymnastics artistry on international stages. My journey eventually brought me to the USA, where I’ve focused on coaching and mentoring gymnasts at all levels, inspiring them to reach their highest potential. So far, I’ve raised several State and Regional Champions in Trampoline and Tumbling, further solidifying my dedication to the sport.

I am passionate about fostering discipline, resilience, and a love for gymnastics in every student I work with. Whether coaching recreational classes or guiding competitive athletes toward championship success, my goal is to help young gymnasts grow into confident, well-rounded individuals who carry the values of teamwork and perseverance both in and out of the gym.
